I find this idea to be extremely dumb. There has always been a fine line between logic and stupidity, and sadly there are always the few that want to cross that line and see how dangerous the other side is. This book was absolutely painful for me to read I felt like they were just pushing information without giving much of real life evidence other than what they were doing to themselves. This book didn’t keep my attention because I didn’t feel like this completely applied to me, I mean sure it’s part of my everyday life but I feel like it’s not as big of deal as the book makes it seem.
